The Paper Tiger, a resource site for wargaming with paper soldiers and armor has downloads to buy tanks and soldiers in 1/72 scale for WWII gaming.

I know a few guys who use this stuff and they say its very highly reccomended.

They have a free tank to DL and try out and free buildings to DL as well. Their rules are free too. Check out the site here -
