The game just had a 2.6GB patch this morning, it added 4 new maps and the ability to buy the SpecAct weapons for $5.50.

BFBC2 Vietnam is available for d/l and PC users get to play the game 3 days earlier than the consoles, its priced at $14.99

******After you d/l the update and connect to a server, you may be kicked with a message that says "Punk Buster kicked you and do you want to update Punk Buster" DO NOT do this b/c as soon as you connect to a new server you will be Auto-Banned from all Punk Buster servers!

If you do you have to go to Punk Buster and open a trouble ticket with them. There are thousands of users that have been auto-banned this morning.... I know of at least 12 friends that were banned and counting.

I was having a problem when I got it the other day and used the PB utility to fix it. Got the DL last night but I did not see any mentioned of the for pay items... maybe because I jst bought it?

Does your main screen after you login say "Battlefield Vietnam" on the left hand side? If so you have the most recent update.

Yes sir it does! BTW I decided to dive head first as I do not mind being KIA all the time... nice when the server shows who killed you and then when you happen to get that level 50 player back it feel GOOD!

You can see what you need to do for the various weapons get the level ups, it tells you exactly how many kills you have with what weapon and how many you need to get to the next level, you can also check anyones stats as long as you know their login in name (aka : KG_Crimson)

Thanks for the link - right now I am having fun just running around shooting guys and stealing their advanced weapons :)
