What are these for? Are they the real OOBs or are they for someting else? Forgive my stupidity.

They are real, although Michael Dorosh says that at least some of them are not 100% accurate. They have been discussed on Usenet and at Gamesquad.

Are they worth grabbing???

I just gave a brief look at a few of them, havent had a chance for an in depth look yet, but what ive seen looks like they are well worth it. Especially to anyone who is into "Designing your own Wargaming"and is looking for historical accuacy.
