seen some killer quotes on sigs on this and other forums. Is there a good sight or source for them.

Depends on what you are looking for. Military related? Literature related?

The easiest place to browse quotes is just to go into a bookstore and ask to see a copy of Bartlett's Quotations -- the ultimate indexed source for quotations.

Most of us here (I suspect) found our quotes firsthand from reading history, bible etc.
