Default For the week of March 30, 2008

We start out this week with an old friend in an unusual 1:56 scale. From Wartoyz and Hobby Master offered for $17.99, it is an early production Tiger 1.

In pursuit of greater firepower, the German Army created a series of heavy battle tanks. One of the most formidable was the Tiger Tank. With 100mm thick armor plating and an awesome 88mm gun, the Tiger was vastly superior to the Allied tanks it faced.

This highly detailed 1:56 scale die-cast version of the Early Production version of the Tiger 1 (Sd. Kfz. 181) depicts Tank No. 8, sPzKp Meyer 'Strotch'.

This German Tiger 1 Sd. Kfz. 181 is part of Hobby Master's Ground Power series. The 1:56 scale die cast metal vehicle is approximately 4.5 inches long (6 inches long with gun barrel), and has a turret that rotates and a gun barrel that raises and lowers.

This item has been 'retired' by Hobby Master, and will no longer be available once our current inventory sells out. Order now to avoid missing out on this best seller!
