Posted by: 1C3/3/2007 10:59 AMA few days ago at the end of February, our teams reached an important milestone: all tweaks to the original game engine which were previously agreed on are now completed! It was time to take stock, and agree on the schedule for the remaining tasks - which included polishing, text edits and translations, more polishing, a few remaining bugs, some more mission balancing and playtesting, and more polishing.
There is still some work ahead, but we now have a very good idea of how long it will take before you can hold this in your hands:
In the coming days we're going to announce the release date in public. Obviously it's not brain science to figure out that we're expecting to open pre-orders later this month, and ship out first copies in April.
