GG to you as well. I knew it was over after you halted my attack, but i was holding out for a miracle, which never happened, so i ended it.
I have a feeling most games will end with surrenders because of the PP system. One side will just have to many points and the other isnt going to have any. Not always, but at some point in the game it will happen and it will give on side an advantage over the other, as it should, thats what you earn by taking Victory Flags.
