For you armor fans we have two good buys in two different scales for World War II armor fans,

The first is the 1:72 scale Admiral Panzer III H of 1941's Operation Barbarossa from Military issue for $9.99.

Replicating a Panzer III H of 1941's Operation Barbarossa, during which the Panzer III achieved a 6:1 kill ratio vs. Soviet tanks, this 1/72 scale, die cast model features a rotating turret with an elevating gun, MG34 machine guns, an armored front and rear hull, separately applied detail parts, a weathered paint scheme and tracks, and more. 3" long; includes a removable base.

Moving from occupied Poland here:

From Hobby Master by way of Pete's, it's the 1:48 scale M4A3, ""Barracuda"" Company B, 41st Tank Battalion, 11th Armored Division, Bastogne, Dec. 30 1944 for $24.95.

Go to the air, Pete also has the 1:72 scale Hobby Master ""Helldiver Mk.I JW-104, No.1820 Naval Air Squadron, Fleet Air Arm, 1944"" for just $29.95.

Another 1:72 scale bird from the Toy Federation at $24.95 is the Dragon F-15C Eagle 18th Wing (Kadena AFB, Okinawa 1993) #17686.

The 18th Wing is Kadena's host unit. It is the oldest wing on continuous active duty and is the only active wing whose fighters have never served in the continental United States. A variety of units form one of the world's largest and most complex airbases. The wing is responsible for approximately 20,000 Americans stationed at Kadena AB. Over 7,000 airmen, 11,000 family members and 1,300 civilians make up the base's Air Force community. An additional 3,000 Japanese civilians and 10,000 contract employees round out the team.

The 18th Wing's mission is to defend U.S. and Japanese' mutual interests by providing a responsive staging and operational airbase with integrated, deployable, forward-based air power. The focus of the unit's operations is directed to accomplishing this mission. Strategy used to employ this mission centers around a composite force of combat-ready fighter, air refueling, airborne warning and control and rescue aircraft.

It's been a year of more since you could pick up this now rare GMP bird from GoMotorBids for just under $50.00 or at auction for $60.00 something. But now it's hard to find the 1/35 scale P-51D Mustang "Duchess Arlene" LIMITED EDITION die-cast model at any price less than a small fortune. If you have $199.99, you can still get one from Northstar Military Hobbies.

Take a deep breath and land one here:
