ATS Berlin module

The ASL version of the Berlin module will follow within the month.

I have the Heat of Battle version (Berlin: Red Vengeance) which is now a collector's item. If I recall correctly my fanatical SS defenders kicked Koz's Russians' @ss in fighting around the SS headquarters a few years back. It's probably crushing defeats like that that caused Koz to quit playing ASL.
