ah ok, the zim is done actually. come to think about it its down to completed subassemblies going together and paint.
as for Jag..... I went to school in Chicago, I grew up in Miami, so dont cry to me about your 90 degree weather....

its a 1/35 Dragon Jagdtiger with zimmerit and photoetch. Kent sent me the model about 3 years ago or so and it got put on hold do to a divorce, 5 moves and 1 foreclosure. Im trying to get back to this and another model project.

I dont know if you know but Ive found a decent hobby store off of 290 and Lamar that has some of the pre-built stuff you like.

You might want to check out King's Hobby Shop on N. Lamar--just beyond Hwy. 183. They were around when I was going to UT--way out in the boonies then. They have many models and even board games.

I am stuck with the canned items at Hobby Lobby, the nearest 'local" hobby store is over 90 miles away in Memphis. But there is always the internet.....I just completed Dragons Sdfk 234/1...great kit.....
