I could care less about the TC2M makers fight.
TC2m is an awesome game and if the new Gettysburg game
is the same but with multi-player? LOOK OUT!!!
My marriage might be in trouble from the start =)

You have to do careful planning, and timing is essential. If they do the multiplayer right, this game could be HUGE -- as in many many people will love it and play. Honestly, this game would be awesome as a multiplayer with 4 vs 4 capability. There's a pretty decent demo for 2nd Manassas that will give you a decent feel for the game: http://www.madminutegames.com/downloads.htm

Steve talked me into getting it about a month ago. I'm not dissappointed. The only drawback is that 2nd Manassas isn't multiplayer. I'll definetly buy the new multiplayer version.

Oh yeah... I got dibs on Hood's Division.
OK, Im interested in a multiplayer version of this game, I got dibs on 1st of Minnesota, I want the chance to whop some rebs again just like they did at gettysburg 155 years ago..

Hell, I"ll be an old man waiting for the sucsessor to CMBB....

Gen Hancock commander of the II Corps, ordered the regiment to assault a much larger enemy force (a brigade commanded by Brig. Gen. Cadmus M. Wilcox) telling Col. William Colvill to take the the enemy's colors. The fateful charge bought the time needed while other forces was brought up. During the charge, 215 members of the 262 men who were present at the time became casualties, including the regimental commander, Col. William Colvill, and all but three of his officers.

The unit's flag fell five times and rose again each time. The 47 survivors rallied back to General Hancock under the senior surviving officer, Captain Henry C. Coates. The 83 percent casualty rate stands to this day as the largest loss by any surviving military unit in American history during any single engagement. The unit's flag is now in the Minnesota Capitol's rotunda.

Despite the horrendous casualties the 1st Minnesota had incurred, it continued the fight the next day, helping to repulse Pickett's Charge. The surviving Minnesotans just happened to have been positioned at one of the few places where Union lines were breached during that engagement, and, as a result, charged the advancing Confederate positions one last time as a unit.

I would be willing to bet that this will be a playable scenario =)

Pat, you should've seen the fear in the Yankees' eyes as I charged up the hill into Devil's Den. I thought JJ was going to drop his glasses and run

Kent, Take Command 2nd Manassas is a great game, especially if you enjoy playing against the computer, which is tough. I bought it for $9.99.
