Yes to both.

From first looks, it appears to be a very comprehensive effort and good playing guide--or at least catalog--for CMBB & CMAK players, be they H2H or AI oriented. The document contains 6 different substantive XL spread sheets and an intro.

That's good to hear.

There have been posts from some designers that they don't want their scenarios "used" like that without their permission.

Although, I don't see that viewpoint: if you are going to make them to be played, post them to be played & hope they are played the more players that get a chance too see them the better. It's not like anyone's forced or paid to make them. The argument that they may not be the latest update version from the designer doesn't hold up. If a player is that interested in a particular scenario a few questioning posts at several forums would probably steer them to the author & latest version.

Another good thing about this is, it's a personal "hardcopy" of all the scenarios & free, unlike what BFC will probably be doing with their scenario download site (for the good of everyone of course).
