Some college student beat Frank to it, but at least he won't have to travel far to see it. It's in Flint, Michigan.
 Although I think that it should have "Eat Me" (or at least Delta) on the turret instead of Theta Xi, it's a street legal "tank" that can reach speeds of around 20 mph with its three-cylinder diesel engine, which had a former life as a generator.
