You know Old Poor Old Spike is much loved around here, almost a cultish worship of him by Jag, Schreck, and Cloghaun. They always post links to his posts so we can all relish in his wisdom. I must admit I rather enjoy reading his stuff when they (Frank, Kent, or Bill) start with their incessant linking to his posts.

Its called TCT, August 44, premade force on force equal 10 Pz IV and two Marders vs 10 T-34 and 2 SU-76's,along with 2 squads each Inf and one scout car. The map is sliced by rivers and bridges, with a village at the center. There are 6 possible starting locations ....

He has gotten 3 of my T-34's ond one 76..I have knocked out 3 Mark IV's, and I beleive one mor is out of commision....Moving onto Flags in force with overwatch...

Remember not to be so concerned with the VL's. Pay attention to where he's at & know that he's probably totally focused on achieving the VL's. If you can shift your weight to his flank then you can attack him. Then he's got 2 problems - taking the VL's that you have defended with your infantry & SU-76's & a flank attack with your T-34's.

I'm just tossing out ideas- but the main point is to think out of the box & not be so focused on capturing VL's. Focus instead on taking away your enemies ability to capture VL's.

Roger that.....right now its a search and pin type scenario....I have located half his armor...the other half could be anywhere... would you like the map and you can see for yourself...Its almost like a game of paintball

Just to update..i lost the first round..ran into some bad luck with some Pzkfw IV's...but all is not lost..I learned how to play the Soviet side...
