Dead Rising - XBOX 360

This is an older game, i picked it up yesterday at a used game store for 15 bucks.

Who can resist a game that lets you kill 100's & 100's of Zombies?

Anything and i do mean anything can be used as a weapon. From cash registers to garbage cans to golfclubs & lawnmowers!

The game is a blast to play but its very hard to get anywhere because there are only a handful of places to save and you only get one save slot. Everytime you save, you overwrite your last save so you better be dang sure you want to save then and there. Also you are usually quite a ways along from your last save when you get killed so you have to start all over from your last save. I guess i should say that it isnt hard, but frustrating. But getting to kill Zombies in great ways with bucket loads of blood flying all over the place makes it all worth it! LOL. Trust me, when you fire up the lawnmower for the first time and plow over about 50 or 60 Zombies, you'll scream & laugh with delight! And when it runs outta gas, you can pick it up and beat them to a bloody pulp with it, Hehe!

Anyone else out there have this/play this? If anyone is a Zombie junkie like i am, this is a must own. But be forwarned, this is NOT a kid friendly game. Between the Blood, Violence and occasional Language, its an 18+ year old game for sure.

My brother played the entire game and loved it. I'll probably give it a shot at some point since I love the Resident Evil series.

He loved the game but said it was difficult in part because of the inability to save at will. If I recall correctly, you have to find a restroom to save. Some of the time specific missions can also be challenging. Trying to get through the game and do the various missions (since I think everything progresses in real time) is challenging.

Im just lame at console shooters, I have gears of war and cant even play it more than 5 minutes without getting frustrated =)
so Im not likely to get any more shooters no matter how much fun blasting zombies may be

This isnt like COD or or GOW. Its a very simple to play game. You very rarely have a gun. Most of the time your beating them to a pulp with some kind of blunt instrument like sledgehammers, dumbells, baseball bats, lead pipes, 2 x 4's, golf clubs ect...lol.

love zombie games but dont have an x box. I cant wait to see the new resident evil extintion movie!
