The special surprise round will start @ Dec 22nd for some real holiday fun. Short & sweet with completely random pairings (no Group A vs. B) should be a blast! I don't expect this one will last very long at all- you'll see why! :P

I was going to just leave in the HE rounds because they were not AP, but the penetration power between German & Russian HE rounds can be over 10mm difference and I wasn't sure if that would be considered "even." True they are HE but does that penetration power difference also affect blowing up buildings?

I don't have an answer to your technical question. But if everyone will be playing each side 50% of the time or if everyone has the same chance of doing so, it is fair--and more fun to have HE too.

Does everyone want this one sent out now?
One Round 1 game is still running and all the Round 2 games are. You can ditch your sniper rifles & long barrels for this one but you'll definitely need to bring along those blackjacks and switchblades, brass knuckles wouldn't hurt either.
