Soldier and I regularly play Gettysburg Scourge of war. After more than a year we play almost every evening around 7pm. Some of our games are massive with as many as 19(record so far) players. The game is a riot, not hard to get good at but Impossible to master because in the giant games you have to depend on your teammates. If you have played the 1st couple of demo battles you are good to go for multiplayer. This game real time though it may be is NOT a blackest like Rome total war was. There is no mining for goods or resources just decide how big a division you want to bring to battle and try to fight them well.
It is also only 29.95 for the direct DL. If you haven't already try the demo and you can be fighting nearly in you're own backyard.

The game truly is a blast I would love to see a few more KG guys playing.
If you are at all into the American Civil War you will love this game.

DL'd and have been messing with the demo. Looks fun but it also looks like it could get confusing in a large heated battle. First impressions though... Im sure once i get the hang of it it will be different. Messing with the tutorials. ill let you know how im comming along.

This is an awesome game, Kent. We have had as many as 16 players in a game.

Kent, there is an option to use a check or money order for the 29.99 digital download.

Figured out what to do. My bank has a pre-paid Mastercard thing. I can buy one of those and load it with as much cash as i need to and when its gone i can re-load it at a future date. Then i dont have to worry about any more credit cards.

Thanks for the info Mark.

Im still messing with the demo and deciding if i want it.

FYI - I am definately buying the new PG game.

Been giving Grigsby's War in the East a good workout along with my usual HPS pbem games but lately I've been enjoying playing Out of the Park Baseball and Front Office Football the most. I'm in online leagues with both and it has been a blast even though I've not mastered either of them. Been thinking about Scourge of War but I think it will have to wait until next year when we should have a new computer in the house. This one is getting on 5 or 6 years old and what I thought was a large hard drive is almost full and everything is about maxed out too.
