HOI
Hearts of Iron is available for DL on the file server. I will say however that it is 600megs and I have been turning the file server off because the sum-bitch is loud. I will be moving shortly and will be able to have a different hardware set-up than I do now and the computer will no longer be in my bed-room.
HOI is a strategic level game dealing with WW2 at the divisional level and higher. Production, research, resource management, diplomacy, assigning cabinet members, and warfighting are tasked to the player. I have been completely engrossed in the SP '39 Campaign. HOI2 just hit the stores, the Demo is also avaialble on the file server. The neat thing about HOI is the ability to play cooperative campaigns in the internet tcp/ip. Also it is important to note that the game is Continuous Time not turn based.
