Yeah its sad that hollywood took the Mutant/Zombie route on this one it could have been sooooooo much better with just a few key changes.
And still made a ton of money

Like Marky Mark said before though, It's based on a Frank Miller Story
Like all things that Frank Miller does, you have to throw out all reason and common sense and just be entertained. He's known for Beautiful naked women and graphic violence and so far from what I hear he followed his recipe as usual.

I finally saw it ( Stu my brother, I couldn't wait any longer ) yesterday in the IMAX presentation.
I thought the movie was enjoyable. I took it for what it was, Fictional, SCI-FI, Histroical all put together in a blender and then the end result! I dug it big time! I will definitely buy the Director's cut when it arrives on DVD.
