Everything Is A Weapon

In 1943 all 4.4 million scissor parts produced in occupied Europe were requisitioned for the use of the German armed forces. The Germans also requisitioned 6.2 million stamp pads to help keep all their paperwork in order. It's worth noting thats there were only about 7 million troops in the German armed forces at that time.
