Well, as discussed with Bill, they are not more "powerful" it's just that I forgot to adjust the Axis' ammo load TYPE to even out the different penetration abilities. Unfortunatly there's no fix to my oversight, my appologies to the Axis team.

Turn 4,
The 150mm's continue to pound the village buildings, he has to be taking alarming casualties in the buildings as 150mm rounds have hit buildings occupied with 4 or more squads.

Bagged another light gun in the city, I'd be surprised if he has any left there....

Gains made on turning his left flank in the city, the 75mm have been invaluable for that

Ranger is attempting to cross the bridge (with no road) in strength with Greyhounds, I have the bridge covered with mortars and will pound the bridge deck with mortar fire.
Hopefully I can bag a few of the open topped Greyhounds and clog the bridge deck.

Spotted what appears to be a Stewart ???, or likely a H/T hiding behind a city building, I'm attempting to bag it with indirect fire from a 150mm.

Light casualties, a few ammo issues, with forward progress being made....

Send me the movie showing the Jacksons in action.

So far I've seen only a couple of Shermans and some Greyhounds

I think that they are crack M-10's (don't think Jacksons are avaialble). They also have crack Sherman 76's, regular M4's and Sherman 105's.

This is my first experience with M-10s, so after Bob's warning about getting sniped at long range, I play tested a M-10 vs a MKIV-H and against a STuG III.

They are nothing to mess with, STuGs were slightly better but its risky at best...

Bob, if you can, send me your movie so I can see the LOS of the offending snipers....

The Allied attacking forces have 3 positively IDed arty spotters: 1 105, 1 mortar and 1 unknown.

Sorry to hear that...

Turn 6,

Due to work constraints, Rangers turns have slowed down. Never the less, I have bagged a M-10 with a 75mm ATG,( M-10s have the highest priority) 3 Greyhounds with plunging fire, and a Vickers scout car with 150mm area fire. I'm hoping to attack the other M-10s with plunging fire if I can get LOS.

I have firmly established control of both flanks in the city, with a solid intact front.
All 5 inf guns are still pounding strong points, I'm about to turn the flamers loose on him soon.
Most of his MGs, and flamers are gone, and a bunch of his infantry pulverized.

I'm across the bridge (with no road) in force and will have STUGs across next turn.
I'm tenuiously across the left hand bridge, still mopping up bridge defenders.

No sight of enemy AT guns yet. I'm hoping to clear the bridge, set up a smoke screen and banzi the tanks across.....
