Im not looking forward to any kind of campaign, AI or mano-a-mano, if one side has "one sniper and and some mines". i play this game because of the scale. if they take that away, i dont care how good it is, im gonna hate it. especially if its reduced down to a bunch of half squads chasing down snipers.
I realize they used the above mentioned example as just that, an example, but you guys get my drift. i dont want to see this game get reduced below company level.

It may just mean that we can design single-player campaigns: which will then be posted & DL'd like a normal sp scenario.
Either way it's a long time before a WW2 version of CMX2 comes out & true PBEM ability.

Careful Andy, any derogatory comments about CMX2 will cause Rob to accuse you of heresy and cast you as thinking opposite of most KG, whom he contends think CMX2 will be the greatest game ever and should be purchased by all!

I'snt cmx2 about the US invading the mighty Syrian empire. I'm really looking forward to that. why not make the next module the german invasion of denmark while you are at it.

The invasion of Denmark was unattractive not only because they had trouble replicating wooden shoes. The Danish version had no chance of selling to the US military as a combat simulation.
