Panzer Command

This is a Matrix game release. Interesting idea, quite CM-ish in its WEGO method. One can definitely tell this was a basement project of an amatuer programmer with little or no financial backing. I am not rapping him for his work, just the unpolished presentation (lack of terrain features like ground that is anything other than 2 dimensionally flat), horridly repetitve and annoying sound effects. This one needed more time in the oven with a good six monthes of polish by a professional coding staff and graphics and sound designers.
