Default All American: The 82nd Airborne In Normandy [Lack of] Progress Update!

I pre-ordered this game when my P-II was still my main computer. Every year they tell us that it will be released; the release does not occur; and then the promise is repeated.

Still they claim that it is not vapor ware and that it will [now] be released at the end of this calendar year. I wonder what the Vegas line is for that happening.

Anyway here is the latest for the war game that (at least as far as I know) has been in development the longest:

Nope--they just were indignant when I complained about how slow they were about issuing the game---about 4 years ago! They offered to refund my money, but in stubborness I decided to see how long it would take to release this puppy. I'm still waiting...

Bob you're probably right that I am probably the only one stupid enough stay around on the pre-order list for six years + and counting!

They'd probably drop the project but they figure if you left your pre-order cash out there that long you'd probably sue the bejesus out of them and figure it would cost less to struggle on. Probably got a couple of college dropouts working on the game on weekends.

Hey Bill, since you're so old and no one's sure how much longer you'll be around, would you leave me the game in your will?

In light of my advanced age and the history of this thing, it is unlikely to be released before I kick.
