Panzer Command Ostfront game?
Did anyone pick this game up. I'm finally digging back into it having fun so was wondering if anyone else had it and would be interested in a game.

I didnt. I can only vaugely remember it. Supposed to be a better smaller version of CM, right?
Only thing i play on the PC is Panzer Corps. Which is a new version of Panzer General.

You can check it out at Matrix Games. I've started a campaign with the 1st Panzer Division that runs from August '43 to August '44. Could be anywhere from 12 to 36 battles before I'm done. You carry your core group like they did in Steel Panthers plus get troops added as high command sees fit for your mission. I'll post a couple of screenshots from my last battle.

This one is the commanders view from one of my Panthers. If you look closely you can see the round it fired on the way. You can see the mini-map down to the right. We are attacking across pretty open ground on my left so I put my Panthers and two Tigers here to use their better long range guns against the Soviets. On my right the terrain is a little closer so that is where the Mark IV's go with the few infantry that I have. The blue dots on the map are mine.
Well I can't get uploads to go through. Well under the maximum size in the key and it's a jpeg file so if anyone has any suggestions then let me know. Last edited by KG_RangerBooBoo; 05-06-2012 at 03:08 PM.. |

Went through Photobucket and got it added. I'll do some more later in this battle and as I play through the campaign.

I have it, but have not played it enough to figure it out.
