Saw review of War in the Pacific. I actually have a board game (Flattop) that is very similar. This maybe an awesome one to play multiplayer

Yeah, I played it about 4 times with a buddy of mine. Full sized maps that you plot all your stuff on (kinda like battleship but with paper maps) and then maps that the pieces are actually on. I would use several different colored pens to plot my various task forces and bomber attacks....very time consuming but when the battle was over we both had these cool mpas that plotted out movements. Cool thing was, he never got my carriers but I found his. When he saw where I plotted he was bumbed cause he barely missed me with his search planes.
